this Imperially-chartered corporation specialized in hunting expeditions to exotic worlds. Some 20 years before the Galactic Civil War, Planetary Safaris discovered the planet Barab I, and organized hunting trips to hunt the Barabel race despite the fact that the Barabels were obviously intelligent. The Barabels fought back, and were eventually recognized by Captain Alater as a sentient species.
