this Weequay served as the chief of security at the Esau's Ridge base on Tholatin, during the early stages of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion of the galaxy. His group of smugglers found that they could make a living by charging refugees of Yuuzhan Vong attacks for transport to other worlds, only to show up shortly after the Yuuzhan Vong attacked again. Plaan later found work as the mate aboard the Sweet Surprise, and he used his position to sotre a cargo of four voxyn in the ship's holds. The plan was to deliver the beasts to Coruscant, but the ship was destroyed before it could land.
