Pella Compact
this was the original council which governed the colony ships which settled the planet Pelagon, in Tapani Sector, more than 13,000 years before the Battle of Yavin. The Compact was the primary governing force of the original Tapani colonies for nearly 1,000 years, and initiated the first alliances with the Herglics. The Compact was dissovled when the Tapani Sector was fragmented during the Twelve Kingdoms Era.
