Parlan
an Imperial Navy Captain serving Darth Vader, Parlan was patrolling the Outer Rim when he captured the spacer Quist. Parlan ordered Quist to be killed, but Quist bargained for his life with the secret whereabouts of Adar Tallon. Parlan was ordered to recover Adar Tallon from Tatooine before the Alliance could find him. Parlan issued a bounty for Tallon's capture, which was accepted by Jodo Kast and a host of others. In the end, Parlan was unable to beat the Alliance to him, and Vader had him executed. Parlan was Captain of the Star Destroyer Relentless during the mission.
