Old Corellian
this archaic language was used by the early natives of the planet Corellia. Over the millennia, it was populated with words and phrases from the Basic tongue, and became the modern Corellian language. The only known vestige of Old Corellian in regular use during the modern era was on Socorro, where the indigenous population - descended from Corellian stock - remained isolated for many millennia. Otherwise, Old Corellian was believed to have become "extinct" some 4,000 years before the Battle of Yavin.
