Cabrool Nuum's daughter, she had almost as many aspirations as her devious brother, Rusk. When Rusk imprisoned Jabba the Hutt, Norba released the crimelord so that he could kill Rusk. She threw Jabba in jail for murder, but explained that she would set him free if Jabba agreed to kill Vu Chusker. Jabba, however, didn't want to be subservient to any of the Nuum clan, and so he ate Norba.
