this was the name of Lando Calrissian's mining operation on the planet Nkllon, during the years following the Battle of Endor. Nomad City was a mobile colony built from an old Dreadnaught cruiser, which was mounted atop 40 AT-AT walkers, and built to withstand the nighttime heat of Nkllon's surface.
