Niovi
this man was the ranking Imperial Colonel serving aboard the Guardian during the early years of the New Republic. Colonel Niovi was placed in charge of security aboard the ship by Admiral Gaen Drommel himself, during the time they spent repairing the huge ship near Soullex. He didn't agree with Drommel's methods, and when the New Republic tried to take possession of the Guardian, Niovi shot Drommel dead and assumed control. Niovi then surrendered the ship and her crew to Cryle Cavv and Sienn Sconn.
