Nightseer
this avian was native to the planet Ruan. When the Salliche Agricultural Corporation began retooling its operations in hopes of pleasing the Yuuzhan Vong, it genetically altered nightseers to be wingless and mute, and used them to create droppings which were later turned into fertilizer.
