this woman was a Lieutenant in the customs agency of the planet Kaal, during the height of the New Order. She as known to be a friend of independent spacers, acting as a go-between with the Imperial customs officers who were stationed on the planet. She would bend the rules to make sure everything she did ended up a win-win situation, as long the Imperials weren't drawn into the deal.
