this Imperial Admiral was in charge of the seige of Vandelhelm, and controlled the planet from a command barge that stayed in orbit around the planet. He did this to avoid the notice of the New Republic, but it required a heavy bribe to be paid to Orrk in order to maintain its secrecy. He tried to steal the metals promised to the New Republic by Orrk, but was defeated in a space battle with Han Solo and Nien Nunb.
