Montellian Serat
an ancient Devaronian city dating back before the Devaronians had space travel. After the birth of the Empire, the Devaronian supporters of the Alliance used it as a stronghold, until they were routed by the Devaronian Army. The army was under the control of Kardue'sai'Malloc, and he gave the order to execute over 700 Devaronians after corenering them in the city. This act earned him the nickname "The Butcher of Montellian Serat."
