Mon Julpa
the crown prince of Tammuz-an in the early days of the Empire, Julpa was a blue-skinned individual who was stripped of his mind and title by Zatec-Cha. Julpa was dropped on Tyne's Horky, and wandered the planet without any memory of his former self. He was known from then on as Kez-Iban, after he saved the life of Jann Tosh's uncle, Gundy.
