the largest starship ever produced by the Mon Calamari, the Star Defender was created for use by the New Republic Navy some twenty years after the Battle of Endor. Nearly twice a long as a standard Mon Cal cruiser, the Star Defender was also the largest ship bult for the New Republic fleet.
