this government official was known more for his ability to criticize the work of others than his own accomplishments. Moiss worked for the planetary government of Draenell's Point shortly after the Battle of Yavin. The Empire negotiated with him to acquire a large percentage of Draenell's Point's agricultural production in order to stock the Bissillirus Resupply Base.
