Miser
the first planet in the Bespin system, Miser was a hot world rich in various metals and ores. It was mined by the Ugnaughts when Cloud City was a free outpost, but the mines have been abandoned since the Empire took control of the city. It was also used as the site of an Imperial Naval base, with the majority of the base hidden below the inhospitable surface in caves. The planet's high content of metal makes wireless communication nearly impossible, requiring fiber-optic connections.
