Mezzine, Chyan
this alias, used by Gara Petothel, was used to gain access to the New Republic during her tenure with Apwar Trigit. Chyan was a communications officer aboard the New Republic frigate Mother Sea, and intercepted a number of important transmissions for Trigit's use. Some of the information was eventually used to destroy Talon Squadron. The New Republic discovered the alias and put out a warrant for the arrest of Gara Petothel, but believed she was killed when Trigit was killed along with the Implacable.
