this Berrite con-man was famous (or infamous) for his scams and petty thievery. He often assumed female characteristics, although information gathered by New Republic Intelligence agents points out that Mexnean is actually a female. She was believed to have provided various crimelords with information she stole from her victims, some of which has compromised New Republic actions.
