this Sullustan female served as a starfighter technician and leader of the ground crew of the Alliance's Eyrie Base. At one time, Merin was the chief technical advisor to the High King of Hargeeva, where she helped the King bring his palace up to Imperial standards. She became friends with Stevan Makintay during this time, and it was Merinda who tracked him to an Imperial penal colony after the King had Stevan imprisoned. Merin later followed Stevan into the Alliance.
