Arabore
a sea-going creature native to the planet Toola, they are hunted by the Whiphids during rites of passage. The arabore is a fish-eating rodent nearly three meters in length, and with flat tusks studding its short snout. Their bodies, while thickly layered with fat, are streamlined for swimming. A young male Whiphid must kill an arabore with his bare hands to prove himself a mighty hunter, while a new Spearmaster must kill one to prove himself worthy.
