this male Rodian was part of a triumverate of Rodians who controlled a small corporation at the height of the New Order. Mannee was a sneak and a braggart, and would do anything to make a sale. He spent part of his time trying to outdo Ruku Kooff in the presence of their boss, Teeko Soonca.
