this New Republic warship was part of the Ballarat's support line during the Battle of N'zoth. When the Ballarat was destroyed, the Mandjur filled in the gap. It was struck twice in the aft sections by Yevethan missiles, and was rendered powerless and adrift. Plat Mallar, assigned to the ship as a shuttle pilot, singled-handedly rescued three pilots in the ensuing chaos.
