this powerful, yet minor crimelord built his base of operations on the planet Tuulab. Originally a lowly bounty hunter, Mahk'khar found that he had an anonymous benefactor, and was able to finance the beginnings of his own organization. After establishing himself on Tuulab, Mahk'khar kept to himself and didn't bother the colonists who live there. Mahk'khar was a Gotal, and often sold ancient relics to the Dark Jedi Durrei.
