AP-300
this was the model number of Kuat Drive Yards' Asteroid Prospector. At 350 meters in length, the ship was designed to swallow whole asteroids and partially refine them within its holds. The craft was crewed by 500 officers and 36 gunners, and could transport up to fifty passengers and 80,000 metric tons of ore. Because the ores it refined were at least twenty-five percent pure, the AP-300 was armed with eight laser cannons. Four tractor beam projectors assist in moving asteroids into position to bring them aboard.
