an Imperial Grand Moff who controlled the section of the galaxy containing M'haeli, Lynch and Ranulf Trommer's father were friends. This association, followed by the heroism of Ranulf at Aguarl 3, caused Lynch to post Ranulf on M'haeli, ostensibly to be Governor Grigor's aide, but also to keep tabs on the Governor's doings.
