this man served the Empire as the Moff of Nuiri Sector during the height of the Galactic Civil War. He was notorious for his love of gambling, which often got him into financial as well as political trouble. He was lucky enough to be considered a friend of Grand Moff Tarkin, and so he enjoyed a modicum of favor with the Emperor.
