this Imperial attack droid was created by Arakyd, shortly after the Battle of Endor. These droids had a humanoid torso, but in place of a head the AP-1-C had a second torso armed with a repeating blaster and an array of sensors. These droids were developed to coordinate the activities of the AP-2 and AP-3 droids.
