this loan shark agreed to finance Elga Arbo's courier operation, for a substantial fee. When she couldn't make the payments, Lucone demanded that she turn over her ship, the Redshift Runner, or be jailed for defaulting on the loan. Arbo told Lucone that there was no deal, and a struggle ensued. In the aftermath, Arbo was severely wounded, and her co-pilot, Maceb Joodsen, had made off with the Redshift Runner. Over the years, Lucone funded several bounty hunters and mercenaries to recover Joodsen and the Redshift Runner, but none was ever successful.
