this enterprising Sullustan managed the Gelgelar Free Port, with help from his extensive family, at the height of the Galactic Civil War. He had little support for the Alliance, and was unaware of his sister, Nofre's, involvement with them. Loro was also wanted by the SoroSuub Cororation for several crimes involoving smuggling and space-jacking, so he was rarely seen in public.
