Lonay
this sly, clever, but cowardly Twi'lek was one of Prince Xizor's vigo's, or one of his closest lieutenants. The son of Mogra'daal, Lonay was a garish dresser, preferring gaudy jewels and fabrics to subtle clothing. He considered himself a member of no Twi'lek clan, having removed the 'daal' honorific from his name after escaping from slavery. Following Xizor's death over Coruscant, Lonay attempted to take control of the vigos and resurrect Black Sun, but he met with a good deal of pessimism in his abilities.
