this group of experienced smugglers, thieves, and cutthroats was led by Ujin Voli, and was largest rival to the Black Sun interests of Sprax along the Sisar Run. Voli recruited criminals who had formerly worked for other criminal organizations or were former law-enforcement agents. Among the group's membership were the Ishi Tib Zirlig and the Aramandi mercenary Ar'wa Nonshik, two reasons why Sprax chose to leave the Antar Band alone.
