this was a model of sniper's blaster rifle manufactured by Merr-Sonn during the height of the New Order. Classified by Mere-Sonn as a sporting rifle, the LD-1 was developed as a way to have the power of a blaster rifle in a weapon that was technically legal to carry. It was a hard-hitting weapon in the mold of the SoroSuub X-45, but it was also a fragile.
