this man was a native of Belasco, and owned a V-Wing cruiser some twelve years before the Battle of Naboo. It was later revealed that this was an alias used by Ona Nobis to smuggle herself and R'aya Noor onto Belasco, in an effort to draw Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi into Jenna Zan Arbor's trap.
