this race was native to the planet Kroctar. They were somewhat loyal to the Empire and its ideals, and felt that the Caamas Incident was an indication of the lack of order maintained by the New Republic. They were willing to welcome Thrawn back to their planet, but were unaware that Thrawn was actually the conman Flim, acting under the command of Moff Disra.
