this Imperial Moff was one of the few remaining Imperial leaders who survived the death of Grand Admiral Thrawn and the wave of battles that followed it. Ten years after Thrawn's death, Andray met with Admiral Pellaeon and Moff Disra to discuss a negotiated peace treaty with the New Republic. At first he thought Pellaeon was joking about trying to surrender to the Republic.
