Kol Attan
this Yevethan Proctor served under the command of Nil Spaar during the Yevethan Purge. Attan commanded the Beauty of Yevetha until the New Republic initiated a blockade of the Koornacht Cluster, in retaliation for the extremination of peoples by the Yevetha. The Beauty of Yevetha was destroyed in the second wave of Republic blockades, but Attan survived and was brought before Spaar. Rather than killing Attan and giving him an easy way out, Spaar banished Attan from service and reduced him to the rank of to-mara, or shamed one.
