Ancher, Karl Mathieu
this smuggler often worked with Drake Paulsen. They were imprisoned together on Omman, but escaped with the help of Tait Ransom. Karl retired to the planet Socorro, where he established the Black Dust Tavern. Ancher was also one of the three primary owners of the Ethra Brewery on Socorro. The escape from Omman left Ancher with a cybernetic leg. After his retirement, Ancher was considered one of the fathers of modern smuggling on Socorro, but was also considered one of the most honest businessbeings on the planet.
