this Rodain was the leader of the Justice Action Network cell which operated on Mrlsst, in Tapani Sector, during the height of the Galactic Civil War. Kelsek was a student of Doctor Arkeld, and joined the Tapani cell when it was first formed. He was skilled in identifying new recruits for JAN.
