Kelmut Wolg
a thin, severe Quarren, Wolg was the assistant to Moren Chonk as Manager of Morjanssik. However, it is Wolg who actually ran the city, as Chonk was more or less incompetent. He is extremely xenophobic, and had no liking for the Alliance. He made a deal on the side with the Empire to rid the planet of its Alliance supporters.
