KAAC tried to persuade the Empire that their Freerunner CAV was the ultimate in fast, flexible firepower. The Empire didn't go for their advertising campaign, and the Freerunner didn't appeal to them. So, KAAC was forced into unloading the Freeruner wherever there was a buyer, which usually meant selling them to petty arms dealers and undercover Alliance agents. The company eventually went bankrupt.
