an out-dated heavy assault rifle built on Dra III, the Kell Mark II was known for the way it could utterly destroy its target. The weapon was originally designed for use on Dra III, which had a heavy gravity than standard. Thus, the weapon was meant to be wielded by strong-muscled races, as it had a powerful recoil action when fired.
