Keganite
this was the name of the human population of the planet Kegan. During the rulership of V-Tan and O-Vieve, all Keganites were required to become part of the General Good. To this end, each Keganite had to take a name which included a link to the General Good. Every male was given a name, to which was added the beginning "V-". Every female was also given a name, to which was added the beginning "O-".
