Kathol Outback
a wild area of space located in Kathol Sector, across the Marcol Void from more populated areas. Much of the Outback is unexplored, although there are several small settlements maintained by colonists, refugees, criminals, and religious cults. Most of the settlements were unaware of the events in the rest of the galaxy, and there were several colonies which had never heard of any government but the Old Republic.
