this Aqualish was responsible for the upbringing of his siblings on Ando, after the deaths of their parents. He later joined the Alliance, and became good friends with the Carosite Tamo Lan. However, Karlon was killed by Imperial forces on Bresnia. Tamo Lan agreed to look after Karlon's younger sister, Gondara.
