this small-time shakedown artist was working on Tatooine with Winter, during the New Republic's search for the Imperial Eidolon Base. He was one of the Alliance's best special operatives, using his wits, slyness, and charisma to get the job done. He was also a great judge of character, and was responsible for recruiting many agents into the Alliance. Dendo was a Devaronian male, and he unknowingly hired Rogue Squadron to blow up some of Huff Darklighter's buildings. This would allow Winter to infiltrate Darklighter's safe and steal the data disk containing the location of the base and the weapons hidden there. Firith Olan's agents got there first, and stole the disk before Winter could stop them. Shortly before the Battle of Brentaal, Dendo was given command of Commando team one. He and his commandos were inserted into the city of Vuultin, on Brentaal, to gather intelligence and plan the ground assault that would augment air strikes. His team rescued Wes Janson and Ibtisam after they were shot down by the 181st Imperial Fighter Group, and used their skills to assist in the ground attack. Later, Kapp Dendo led a group of six Noghri on a mission to infiltrate the planet Ciutric and help Corran Horn free the prisoners Ysanne Isard had held on the Lusankya.
