this Hapan man was Prince Isolder's older brother. He had no competance for ruling the worlds of the Hapan Cluster, a fact that was not missed by his mother, Ta'a Chume. She had him assassinated in order to get him out of the way, so that Isolder could eventually marry the next ruler of the Hapan Cluster.
