Ambak Limit
proposed and extrapolated by the Mon Calamari physicist Ambak, this limit identifies the distance from a planet within which moons can be formed from the accretion of leftover matter. Within the Ambak Limit, the gravitational pull of the planet serves to tear apart any moon-like body. Beyond the Limit, moons can be formed or "collected" from space-borne bodies.
