Kabalard Vinne
this Wroonian outlaw, a former representative for the Guild of Armaments Distributors, claimed responsibility for the attack on the Imperial warship Rampant while it was in drydock at the Wroonian Stardock. Vinne claimed that the attack was a response to Governor Norrin's crackdown on some of Wroona's less respectable guilds.
