these sacred texts contained the laws and regulations of the Jydan religion. According to the religion, the Writings were created by the three prophets of each Jydan god, and related the teachings and tales of those gods. The Writings were considered companion works to the Volumes of Truth by both the Jydan and the Ni'Shaw-Dak Ministry.
