Jubba
a bird native to the planet Dagobah, the jubba produced a highly soothing song-whistle that it manipulated via the Force. They were often captured and sold as pets by vendors who sold them for their mesmerizing song. Jubbas were also deceptively intelligent, and often simply "played done" in order to avoid being harrased by ignorant owners. Those jubba which were sold to appreciative owners sometimes allowed their innate intelligence to show, and became lotal companions. In their native environment, jubbas built heavy nests by scooping mud from Dagobah's swamps, then using the mud as a glue to hold sticks and plant matter together. These nests drooped into the swamps, allowing predators easy access to jubba eggs.
